Nanayam Music Released

The music of Naanayam, produced under the banner Capital Film Works owned by S. P. Charan was released today. Directed by Shakthi, the film stars Sibiraj, Prasanna and Ramya in the lead roles. This suspense thriller is about a bank robbery with Sibiraj in a negative type of role. S.P. Balasubramanian plays a pivotal role. James Vasanthan has composed the music.

Capital Films, SP Balasubramaniyam and his son Charan produce the movie titled "Nanayam". The complete movie is based on a plot to rob a bank. The whole story is spun around the conspiracy and plans about ban robbery. For the first time Sibiraj does what his father does with a style. Yes! He plays the most intelligent Villain in this movie. Prasanna plays the lead and Ragini (original name Ramya Rai) of ‘Sanda’ and ‘Perumal’ fame plays pivotal role. Director Sakthi S Rajan is all praise about the movie crew. ‘The whole crew is working effortlessly. A set that resembles an international bank was created for a staggering amount of 60 Lakhs. Music for the movie is tuned by ‘Subramaniyapuram’ fame James Vasanthan. Major part of the movie was filmed in Chennai and Kodaikanal.

Sibiraj is experimenting with more different roles since last year. First time audience will witness the grey side of this tall actor in ‘Naanayam’. It noteworthy to mention, that his father ‘Sathyaraj’ also began his acting career as Villain. In his next movie ‘Kalla Kadhalan’ the actor enacts play boy. The movie has another hero from Kannada named ‘Vishal Hecte’ and debut heroine Priyanka.

Sibi also has another movie titled ‘Santhupottu’. The actor immediately clears that the title has nothing to do with the same titled Malayalam flick. He also mentioned that the year 2009 will be an unforgettable year in his acting career.

Simbu and Devi Sri Prasad sing for James Vasanthan in Naanayam

Charans Naanayam directed by Sakthi S. Rajan. With Naanayam, he brings together Silambarasan and Devi Sri Prasad for a song titled"Khaakha"!

Multifaceted Simbu has earlier sung for music directors Yuvanshankar Raja and Srikanth Deva. Now for the first time, he, along with Devi Sri Prasad, are set to rock theatres with this song from Naanayam. This peppy number will be one of the major attractions of the movie. While having a word with S.P. Charan earlier today, he said he is thrilled with the song and was all praise for James Vasanthan. He added that the lyrics by Kavi Varman are as catchy as the tune.

Naanayam, produced by Capital Film Works, has Prasanna, Sibiraj, Ramya and S.P. Balasubramaniam in the main roles. James Vasanthan, after having completed Yadhumagi, is currently working on the music for Naanayam. The movie is due to release shortly.
